I’ve been coming here for a while, I’ve never had such bad service. 
The staff was rude when I went to bowl, and charged me more than I should’ve been charged. 
The atmosphere wasn’t great because of all the negativity from the staff.
Not a great visit, probably won’t be coming back either.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could just based on the customer service we received. There was a young man named Michael at the counter who told us there would be a 45 minute wait and got our phone number and told us to come back in 45 minutes. 
We went to eat and when we came back he acted like he had no idea who we were and told us to get back in the line and we “better hurry because the line is getting longer”
After getting upset he sent us to the shift lead named Mitchell who told us other people had already paid and would be helped first and implied we were lying. Excuse me? We were never asked to pay to begin with. 
When we asked how they will make it right, Mitchell said we could wait another 30 minutes. 
I used to work at a bowling alley, and I know how customer service works. This was a joke and these men should get a lesson on how to deal with people in an appropriate manner. Not acceptable at all.

I’ve been coming here since a little kid, and i have had great experiences!! tonight on the other hand was awful. my friends and i bowled, and the cashier forgot to give me my change, so i had to ask her. a while later i went to the same cashier, and she forgot to give me my laser tag receipt. she handled it well, but it was a hassle. i also had a brownie from the food place, and now i have food poisoning. Not the greatest way to end your night, when you have two huge test tomorrow that are half your grade!!!!

We used a coupon and it was still a bit pricier than other bowling alley locations. The atmosphere is kid friendly and suited for parties. The staff was helpful. Only four stars due to the pricing in comparison to something similar like Boondocks. Otherwise the location is great as well because you can get good food in and around fatcats. Also other activities are available like arcades, and laser tag but they are additional costs.

This place is garbage, they close at midnight and ended our bowling game when we were on frame ten at 11:45 pm because they wanted to close early. 
If we would have known we wouldn’t have paid for the full hour. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.
