We use to love Fattes but the Paso location can't get a decent cook in the kitchen. We've had Fattes at all their locations from Grover Beach to Paso Robles and this location has to be the most disappointing. If your a Lover of Fattes then it would be worth the drive to go to the Grover Beach location. They make it hot, they make it right, and they make it to the way customers like. Sorry Paso"s Fattes but my family is not going to your location anymore. Cold toppings on top of old dough crust with no sauce is not good pizza. Anyone know of a good place in Paso for pizza?  My family needs a good place to go to from now on!

The food is absolutely delicious! It's the best Fattes Pizza for my family.  The pizza is always fresh and the ingredients are fresh and top notch.  The Fattes in Pasonis a bust store but it is worth the wait.  We usually order the Sticky Fingers and the Chicken Pizza with white sauce with everything on it.  We have not been disappointed.   It's a lot of .   Remembrance, you get 2 for the price of 1.  So, we went from ordering large to mediums. We add an order of 2 wings, hot and barbecue, a small salad and sometimes soda.  It's still cheaper than going out for a mediocre pizza dinner.  Fattes is our choice for great tasting pizza!

We were in Paso Robles for one night and the restaurant we planned on going to was under staffed and not allowing new customers in.  So we were frantically looking for food in the area at 845pm that wasn't closed at 9.  They answered the phone right away and were even still delivering, which was perfect for us.  The girl who answered the phone seemed young and inexperienced. She asked how I wanted to pay and I said I had my card number whenever she was ready. Then there was just background noise for almost two minutes until I said "hello" and she said yes I'm ready.  I'm not sure if she was helping another customer and forgot I was on the phone or what.  And when our pizza was delivered the delivery guy said we still owed $1 even though they put the rest on the card.  That part was odd. And those two reasons are why I took one star off.  Otherwise, the pizza was still hot and fresh when it was delivered.  The delivery guy was very friendly and had plates, napkins, cheese and peppers for us.  We would definitely order from them again if we were in the area. Thank you for delivering hot, fresh pizza when we really needed it!

I waited for a *whole hour* for my pizza. 40 minutes in and they tell me the order is still in the oven. 50 minutes in they're just taking it out; 10 minutes later they're just cutting it up. Meanwhile 4 different people come back with the wrong order, and 3 delivery drivers go out and come back in, twice. The consolidation for this trouble? 10% off our next order. Whoopee. And they jacked the prices up, it used to be less than 20 dollars for 2 XLarge pizzas, now it's 35 dollars for 2 larges, and they took the XLarge pizzas off the menu. This place is going downhill. We won't be coming here anymore

This pizza is average. The pepperoni is very greasy. It is better than Dominoes or Little Ceasars though. I ordered 8 large pizzas a couple of days ago and was given 6 plates, 2 crushed pepper packets and 2 parmasean cheese packets. WTH? The employees are always friendly and at least the pizza is normally hot.

I only want one pizza, but because it’s always buy one get one “free” they massively overcharge for the pizza so that it ends up being the same price as two pizzas. Total scam. This place has the best pizza but it’s only worth it if you’re getting multiple pizzas. Very disappointing.

Ordered online for delivery - after an hour waiting, called to get an estimated delivery time. Their phone system tells you they are on the other line, gives you encouragement to order online, then cuts you off. After calling back 5 times, I got through. I was told the pizza was out for delivery. Cool! 20 minutes later, as the office is less than a mile from the store, calling back. Good news - got through on first try. Bad news - asked to hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes, now almost 2 hours after ordering pizza, decided to just go to location. As I was driving there, they came back on and told me that they had looked at my number, and that the pizzas were almost ready to be put in oven. Love Fatte's in Paso Robles - super dependable. Will never try Atascadero again, and will tell everyone I know who lives here to go elsewhere - these guys think customer service is a joke.

Don’t have much to say…I found a finger nail on my food yestrday.I’ve had many hairs in my food in my lifetime but I don’t know how this ends up on pizza?! fattes lost me and my kids business!! The employees act rude and are slow.

Being 1 of only 2 pizza places to deliver to my location, I couldn't have been more lucky to have fatties as one of them. I've never received a pizza that wasn't delicious, nor have I ever received an order that was not mine. What I have received is and always has been excellent food and even had a delivery driver come after hours to make sure we got what we ordered. Top of the World

They need to get someone a little bit more professional or send the kids that answer the phones to take orders to learn how to listen to their customers instead of just hanging up on them……”umm ummm umm ok have a good night CLICK!” Just saying.
