I am a local and have been to Della’s a handful of times, had great meals and experiences.  Super cute spot with a fun cocktail menu and local wines by the glass. My favorite dish was the Ciao de pepe pizza and the cauliflower gluten free crust was the best I’ve ever had..  They recently changed their recipe, and we were warned by friends. We gave it a try and were sorely disappointed. Especially for the price.  $25 for an 18 inch pizza and there was barely any sauce or cheese. And the dough wasn’t cooked. There was flour all over the bottom, got all over us.  The meatballs and pesto pasta was bland. The fried artichoke appetizer was very greasy and salty. $8 for a plastic ramekin of hummus!?  I know Della’s can do better.  We continually run into this issue in Paso, inconsistent food quality. We have a steady stream of tourism coming from San Francisco and LA, two of the best food destinations in the country. If we can’t offer consistently good dining experiences we are going to lose as a community. I’m sorry to take this out on Della’s but it was my last straw..

Great pizza we went 2 nights in a row, had CARTE BLANCHE and Girl crush, really delicious pizza. Jakie was amazing hostess and very accommodating when we arrived 30 mins before our reservation, always very nice and warm person.

Great new restaurant that gets everything right. Service was super friendly and very good, and the food and drink were excellent.

Spent $90 on pizza salad and appetizer, drinks on a quiet Thursday night. Pizza was great. Asked if we could have our salad “chopped” waitress gave us a snarky absolutely “No” for an answer! Are you kidding me? What ever happened to customer service. Someone either needs to talk to the waitress or talk to the chef because there’s a lot of other places in town to eat. Good thing I didn’t ask for something difficult like no ice in my drink!

Amazing pizza, we really enjoyed the Carte Blanche with their fennel sausage added to it.  The gin selection is very good and the bartenders are excellent in crafting you a cocktail.

This place has amazing pizzas and cocktails. It's more of a Neapolitan style of pizza and is somehow both light and decadent.

My husband and I have been twice to Dellas.  The service is fantastic, food is great, and the sense of community is something that is so special about the Central Coast.

Not crowded in December.  Fun vibe to the place, even when it is not crowded.  Excellent pizza.Food: 5/5

Sat down at 7:30 and ordered drinks and several appetizers which were good.  At 8:30 we wanted to order 2 pizzas and was told the kitchen was closed. There was no warning from the waitress so we were very disappointed.  Why would the kitchen close 30 minutes before closing???

The Pizza blew my socks off. The owner is holding on to her high standards in Covid times, rolling out her new restaurant one day a week and now all 6 days. She also provides relief from all the wine drinking by offering local Gins. A huge variety of Gins!. Very popular, effervescent and not stuffy. You can relax and enjoy a relaxed evening.
