Food Smells Good, looks good, but didn't get all of what I expected. Ordered from catering menu. One of the more expensive items says that it came with rice...the manager, through the rep on the phone, said it didn't. Requested lemonade; not only was it not there, but I was told by the rep that they made sweet tea for the order. I did originally request unsweetened tea. The manager called me 10 minutes after my pick up time. This was reasonable, he was nice; insisted everything was ready for me to pick up. The variation from my order as stated was there, but also nothing was bagged up and ready for me to carry out of the store. Fortunately the rep remembered that the rolls that came with the order wasn't there, and he got them. Nice people, good looking food, but incomplete order and not ready to fix problems addressed. Spent over $100 and this was my first time going here--wanted to do good my coworkers at the local hospital. Looking forward to eatting the food because it looks and smells good, but won't likely return. Can't recommend for business gatherings.

First walked in and was greeted. The man was very nice and engaging. When we were seated it took the server ( who saw us multiple times) five minutes to finally come and greet us. We placed our order the same time she took our drink orders. Soup & salad took about 7-10minutes to come out, the entrees took between 25-30minutes to come. The place at that time was really not that busy either. The server did reassure us twice that the food was on its way and it will arrive shortly. She was cool nothing out of the ordinary.... I got the Calabash chicken & shrimp. I won't order it again tbh because it just didn't taste very appealing no matter what sauce I dipped it in. This was my first experience with Fatz and I doubt I would come back anytime soon. The place wasn't really interesting, customer service was okay but the food wait was a little long fr me in contrast to the business.

The serving size & quality of the food for the price can't be beat! Ordered the Lunch Special with a half Shrimp Po Boy & Half Club. Good god, I could hardly finish it all! Awesome place!

The food was good, the service sucked!! I asked for ranch dressing with my salad. My salad came with blue cheese so I asked again for ranch. The waiter forgot. Several minutes later, my husband asked a waitress for some ranch dressing. She returned with BLUE CHEESE! Fine, whatever, I ate the blue cheese on my salad. Waiter brings poppyseed rolls, no plates, and claimed he was going back to get them. Nope. Never returned with the plates. Manager came by and got our salad bowls, taking one of the forks. Dinner came and we asked for a new fork. Yep! You guessed it! The waiter never came back with a fork. Had to get up and get it ourselves. Sad part was that the place wasn't busy at all. We will not return. EVER!

I dined at Fatz last Sunday ,my first time ever,I really enjoyed the food and the service was very good our waiter's name was Mitchell he was as charming as could be , while being professional and attentive, it can be a challenge waiting on older women, especially since we both had been waitresses for many years.i definitely will go back,ribs were great and will request Mitchell
