Fantastic! On point tonight! Placed my order using the app and it was perfect. Large portions, fresh, hot...wonderful. While waiting inside I got a chance to observe the crew and all were busting their humps, genuinely friendly and having fun working as a team. Good stuff! Keep it up.

I've never written a restaurant review but the service that not only I but everyone who visited this establishment this Christmas night was totally inexcusable. Understandably the restaurant is/was busy but they were not understaffed. Teams of their size serve larger orders than these all over the world on a daily basis. My order was placed at 7:20 online and received at 9:00. My nachos were cold. My salad did not have the crispy chicken included which moves the price from $3 to $9. A larger African American lady I believe was named Michelle never stopped yelling, and her yelling never accomplished anything. She yelled directly into patron's food, breathing all over it. I literally saw a worker throw a steak at her after she kept yelling the same useless nonsense for over a minute. She never moved to help prepare anything, answer any of her imposing questions, or deliver anything to customers. She merely stood there and yelled. Utterly useless. All I saw her do was throw away 3 full plates of food because something was nominally incorrect. If I owned this branch I would fire her Immediately because there is never an excuse for that sort of behavior. All orders could have been filled in a timely manner, this was purely a case of incompetency. They had no conception of serving customers in the order they were received. I have had good experiences at this location when they were not busy but one hour twenty minute additional wait is incredibly unprofessional regardless of how busy they were.

Best Denny's I ever had in life. Melissa is a great waitress. I want to give up 40%. Food good. Awesome service. Not a long wait for food even when crowded. Good and hot.

My child and I both sat at a table for 90min before we even had out order taken for drinks and we had to ask 3 times. When she brought us the drinks she said the waitress would be out to take our order another 20 minutos had passed and no one came to take our order! I was mad!! By this time it was almost lunch time so my child and I walked out and ended up at a Burger king. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
