A favorite ... a family favorite. Pleasent atmosphere, decor, and wait staff.
Owned and operated by same family for over 20-years.
Up 'til the mid-80's, about the only place in town to eat.
A real fixture to downtown.

Food was great and service was excellent! We got and order quickly and always had our drinks refilled! A new favorite in Georgetown!

Had a lovely late brunch early lunch on Saturday w/a friend. Very nice quaint establishment. The staff was awesome! Cheerful and polite. Food was delicious. I ordered the chicken salad on a croissant followed by a slice of coconut cream pie. The croissant was light, fresh, and moist. The chicken salad was perfect. Hearty & flavorful. The pie was exceptional. Really nice lil dinner. Easy Street parking. I highly recommend Favas.

I had the Wildcat Burger and it was really good! Although I do feel like the chips were a little bland, but they were okay. Great and friendly service and the food came fast. Definetely deserves the 4 stars!

Big N Tasty breakfast 
Because I was craving pork tenderloin, I got the big boy breakfast: two pieces of tenderloin, 3 eggs, two biscuits sausage gravy, and home fries or hash browns. So  that was a ton of food, but it was all pretty good. Gravy was flavorful with a few pieces of sausage in it , biscuits were smallish but good, and I tried one piece of grilled tenderloin and one that was fried. Both quite good though it does seem that it had been injected with a sodium solution like much pork is when you buy it. This kind of breakfast is greatly enhanced by a good sliced tomato to contrast all the fatty and salty flavors. As it was, some hot sauce did the trick pretty well.  Coffee was pretty good
Service was friendly but a bit slow. Atmosphere was nice after the couple with loud four year old left. Fwiw, I love kids but believe that when they are in public, the responsible adults with them should make some effort to keep them moderately quiet.
