Reasonably good shop, has a fair assortment of basics and a wide range of take out food as well. Most likely keeps a fair amount of summer visitors from starvation over the holiday season.

The two b/w photos are of the Current Fayette Country Store when it was owned and operated by my grand parents, Alice and Rodney Bucklin. They owned the store from about 1947 until about 1955, when Mr. Bucklin passed away. Rodney is in the first photo with a dog. Both photos were taken in about 1952. Today's Fayette Country Store is a great place to stop by and consider the history of the site.
