I have been using Mathieu's for more than 10 years and am very pleased with this business. Their staff and mechanics are highly knowledgeable and helpful in selecting, fitting, modifying and repairing bicycles, from basic stuff to advanced, cutting-edge technology. Their prices are very reasonable. They have gone to great lengths to be helpful, above and beyond what I would expect. I fully trust my bike in their hands. I have other options, but this is my go-to shop for all things bicycle.

First off this isn't a bike shop it's an exercise equipment shop.  The bicycles they carry are secondary.  Don't expect them to have anything you need unless this is your first time on a bicycle.  That's ok though, there's nothing wrong with selling treadmills even if it is a little confusing to put cycle in the name of the store.  The problem is that both times I went there the person behind the counter was extremely rude.  I don't know if he was an employee or the owner but he acted as if it was a personal insult that I came into a store and asked if they carried a certain item and didn't know what a braze-on was.

Excellent service, welcoming to women and children.  I've ridden for many years, and the work that Mathieu's has done and the service I have received has been great.  Highly recommended, and I even drive quite a ways to get there - well worth the trip.
