Welcome to Fazoli's fast, fresh, Italian restaurant in Stevens Point, WI. Our Pasta and Sauces, Breadsticks and Salads are FRESHLY prepared throughout the day. Oven-Baked Dishes and Submarinos® are never baked ‘til you order them! The meat sauce was so salty that I couldn't eat it. They remade my meal with alfredo sauce, per my request, but it didn't taste good either. Gave up and threw it away. I won't be back.

Wow this place was absolutely lit. Went in at 9:11pm on saturday january 6th 2018, the dudes getting ready to close, but luckily the staff was cool as hell. We all turn on some Lil' Dicky and the rapping ensues. The (assuming shift leader) named John was the coolest guy and we start hashing it out rapping with each other while i finish my meal. Food was fresh but so was this workforce. 10/10 would do again. Best Fazoli's visit ive ever had.

Service and cleanliness have really gone downhill at this location. Over the past few months I have experienced numerous shut downs of the drive thru due to both equipment issues and being too short staffed to have someone on drive thru. My order has been wrong or incomplete on several occassions. The latest, I was shorted an item in the drive thru. I then went inside to ask for the item and was told “Oh, we’re out of that. Would you like something else or a refund?”. I would have preferred to be notified at the window that my order was not complete, rather than drive away having paid for something I was not provided. I give up on giving this place repeated chances to get food service right. I won’t be eating here again.

Good enough for fast food. Dining room is downright windy. Over ventilated for sure. Food gets cold quickly due to this. Manager was working counter and drive thru and seemed a bit overwhelmed.

Fun atmosphere to be around. Casual setting with personal attention guaranteed.
