I like the food, good pasta and chicken. It is not really fast, we waited for more than 30 minutes, even not really busy. And other tables got their orders before us.  Workers look like they don't care and that makes the ambient weird.  I like the samplers they have a little bit of everything, good size and amazing price.

We had great food and the customer service was tops. They were able to do a lot of customization on our pasta dishes, and happily. I could tell the staff cared about making sure our food was hot. The restaurant was clean. While it be fast food, we truly had a great sit down experience. And our food was out quick! Which works great when you have busy toddlers. Breadsticks were still a great addition! I had the baked spaghetti, the kids had ravioli meals! Go on Tuesdays if you have kids 13 and under. Again, they did such a great job, I made sure to tell the management how appreciative we were for our experience.  Thanks!

The food is very good. But what I really like is that I live more than a half-hour away and by the time I get home, the food still is HOT! Oh, wait, make that about 45 minutes later because by the time I unpack the car and sit down to eat, that much time has passed. By the time I am done eating, the food STILL is warm. How do you do that, Fazoli's? Other restaurants need to learn this. Good HOT food!

Great value. Probably don't get the credit they deserve, being a chain, but I pay extra for atmosphere amd good food. Taste wise, they are right up there with anyone else. I take it home, plate it pretty on fine china and my wife loves it.Food: 4/5

It was a solid 3 1/2  as recently as a couple months ago. The service and employees are really good ,however the prices are beyond fast food now and quality hasn't kept pace with the increased  cost. This is more a reflection of poor regional managment rather than local franchise blame .Also be forewarned this is no longer a Coke establishment. It's now a Pepsi place and study after study has established that Pepsi restaurants consistently score lower in food quality and facility cleanliness. In fact Pepsi places are two and a half times as likely to file for bankruptcy..

We love going here!  For a day food Italian it is way cheaper and faster than olive garden.  Live unlimited bread sticks for dine in.  Note that due to socialize distancing can only seat 4 at a table.  Only wish there was on the Davenport side!

Fazoli's has always been a favorite of my children and I.  The breadsticks were always amazing although I cannot eat them now, others with me enjoyed them!  In getting older, my husband cannot quite handle the salt and grease what makes them sooo good in these and blotted them on a napkin.  I got the Gluten-free friendly chicken pesto - it was amazing and I did quite well afterwards- considering it is a gluten filled restaurant!

New favorite place to eat!!! Amazing food and service for a great quality that doesn't break the bank!Food: 5/5
