Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. SLO is usually very difficult to find a doctor on short notice. I called on a Friday and was able to be seen the following Monday. I highly recommend FCPP

I wish I could give FCPP no stars. This organization is awful. If you're lucky, you can get an appointment within 6 months of calling, but that will be cancelled at least twice and you will end up waiting almost a year to get in. The portal is a waste of time because the Dr.s are not actually available any of dates listed and that appointment will be cancelled as well. There seems to be no communication between the portal and the office either, they were completely unaware that I re-scheduled the appointment they cancelled thru the portal. I'm going to new Dr.s and a new company, this has been the most frustrating experience.

I loved the Dr that I saw but the front office staff are rude and snarky. Also, it took me 4 months to get an appointment. At that appointment they ordered me to do lab testing and told me to return in a month to go over results. They just called me and rescheduled that appointment (2 months out from now). This is too long to wait in between appointments. I will be taking my results and records to a different Dr.
