I like that you can take care of anything the doctor orders in the one building

Caitlyn May (NP)is incredible! Friendly and efficient. Very thorough and takes her time to make sure she answers all of your questions. She was knowledgeable  about forms and procedures required for my physical. She even took an extra 10-15 min to give me personal advice about my future career in medicine! I would request her in the future.

The blood draw office is inefficient and unprofessional. The receptionist (s) vary but all have a very lax demeanor and no sense of urgency. I have to get frequent blood draws and have sat litterally for hours on end waiting for a 3 minute blood draw while the receptionists loudly talk about personal issues, make personal phone calls and apparently can't wait for breaks to eat and drink. While the sign states no food or drink for patients. Lisa was the receptionist this day 1/15/16 while I waited for 50 minutes and listening to her gab to fellow worker about her personal life that is so very iteratating and unprofessional. Had to leave before I got seen to go to other Drs appointment. So frustrating. Why CHC allows this is a mystery. I hate going each and every time as it's never a good experience.

I had never gone to a Community Health Center before and had real misgivings, but my experience there has been great!  The staff there is efficient, friendly, professional and will go out of their way to help you. I've been seeing Dr. Eichelberger (or Dr. E) who has been one of the best M.D.s I've ever had! Unfortunately,  he was there on a temporary basis and will now be moving on, but I feel fortunate that I was able to benefit from his knowledge and experience for the last few months.  My health has definitely improved and I'm sure that I'll continue to get the same great care in the future.
