They’re life savers! Another flower shop fell through with my sister inlaws wedding bouquet. I walked in with only 40 min till the wedding for an impossible bouquet. They were so kind and understanding and did everything so quick. It was beautiful bouquet and I am grateful. Thank you!

Amazing service and flowers.  I was very disappointed using 1-800-Flowers for Valentines day so I used a local shop for my wife's birthday.  Amy helped me asked what my wife liked and used her skills to creare an amazing bouquet.  It was delivered exactly when they said it would be and it was gorgeous, my wife loved them and it made her day even more special.  Thank you so much, I will be back very soon.

My Mom's birthday was coming up and I ordered a bouquet of tulips via their website. On their website it clearly states that if they run out of something, they will create something of equal value. I wasn't expecting this but they called me within 2 minutes of placing my order and let me know they only had about 6 tulips in stock and their next tulip delivery wouldn't be until the end of the week. They gave me a few different options either to wait until delivery of the tulips or they would create something of equal value. Since it was a time sensitive purchase, I asked them to create something with the remaining tulips. The next day we got some bad news regarding a family member. I called to change the shipping address and were very sweet and accommodating. My mom received the flowers and they were the most gorgeous flowers we've ever seen (especially for the cost). They did a great job and customer service was beyond excellent. I won't be buying flowers from any other shop! Highly recommend!

Beyond impressed, thankful for Buds&Blooms in Federal Way. Ordered an arrangement over the phone, we told the receptionist our price range, and what we were looking for, within hours it was delivered. The boutique was the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement, they were JUST what we wanted.

We used them for our wedding and they were great. I shopped a lot of florists for this and they were the best at customer service and most organized about their ordering process. Some other florists would meet with me without even taking notes on what we wanted, or they seemed disorganized in their processes. But I had a lot of confidence in them from seeing them work and they came through.
