Worst customer service ever. Tried to send flowers to hospital from out of town. 1st woman was incredibly rude while taking order and acted as though her time were being wasted with a 100.00 arrangement to a sick person on mother's day. Then I was emailed telling me the card was declined (card was fine) and 'maybe' she wrote it down wrong so could I please call (didn't bother to re-leave number)and when I called to explain guy kept interrupting me instead of listening and when I finally explained I just wanted to pay for the order I already made I was told it was faster and easier for HIM if I just gave all of the information again vs him using my name or email or phone number to look up the original order. Clearly their time is more valuable than mine and they can't be bothered to offer any form of decent customer service on any level. Terrible service doesn't make up for their pedestrian, unoriginal arrangements.

Prom Emergency! My son did not have a corsage for his date for the prom tonight. I called them at 4:17pm and Mona answered and said she can help. She suggested an arrangement and I told her I would be there in 10 minutes. I arrived and she had it all ready! Gorgeous blue orchid with three white baby roses. Price extremely reasonable, too. Back home in time for pictures! I love Mona and Grassis Flowers! 💕💖

I can not say enough about the exceptional customer service I received from Grassis. I wanted to order a special Graduation Lei to give our son after the ceremony. Kim Grassi personally worked with me over the phone and via text to perfectly capture the look we wanted. She asked questions, listened to my answers and sent idea pictures to make sure they got it right for this once in a life time event. Thank you Kim and Grassis for exceeding our expectations!

I wanted to do business with Grassi's. I really did. I have known Mr. Grassi for approximately 4 years in the context of working on the city council in the neighboring city over, and have infinite respect for him. I was prepared to spend $1,000+ for my wedding. I was ready to go all out with a contract for bouquets, centerpieces, aisle decoration, etc. But the woman who my fiance and I dealt with was so rude and unprofessional we both left with our day ruined. My fiance was actually on the verge of tears. I'll try to articulate what happened. We came in this Saturday wanting to place an order or at least get something on the calendar. The woman at the front desk told us in a snappy kind of tone that we would need to wait. Something had gone wrong on their end with an order and they didn't have time to help us right that moment. I asked when they might be able to see us, thinking that if it would be awhile maybe I'd stop next door for a coffee and come back. She said she didn't know and apologized for me being "angry", which completely threw me off-guard. I told her I could just take her business card and come back. This turned into a lecture about how they get hundreds of calls per day and have been in business 41 years, and she works 80 hours a week, etc. I thanked her for her time and told her the next two weeks would be busy for me but maybe I'd call again another time when they weren't so busy. Again, more lecturing to me about how I wouldn't find another florist open on Saturday, I'm really not doing the floral arrangement correctly unless I have time to sit down for an hour appointment with her, etc. Mostly it was her telling my mother to convince me she was right, which was very offensive because I am the one paying and would like to not be talked down to. Ultimately we left after being accused several times of lying about having come in 3 times prior and not being told of the requirement to sit for a long appointment before. I don't appreciate the implication and, as much as I do really appreciate and care for Mr. Grassi, it is doubtful we will be coming back. In this industry customer service is everything and I finally grew impatient with being degraded and talked down to. That type of service may strong-arm other people into doing what she wants but it won't work on me.

I met the owner by way of dissatisfaction of an order I made by another company I learned was not a florist on line an I must say the owner of Grassi's is not only pleasant but she is very knowledgeable about flowers & how to get yours flowers to your loved ones in & out of Washington. You do not need to go through FTD, Please don't use FTD they are not florist & know nothing about flowers & what you see on there sight is false advertisement
