People are nice is why they get 2 stars. Fedex not open on Saturday for delivering??? I had ordered a new bow for hunting season. It got delayed, understand that because of the fires in surrounding states. It should've been just delayed until Saturday morning, but this ground facility does not operate on the weekends. So now my bow sits in the back of a trailer at this facility from 4am Saturday morning until Monday when they get to sorting it and sending it out for delivery. I know 4am Saturday because that's when the women at the Troutdale Oregon said her driver would deliver to this East Wenatchee facility. No opening day for me... Oh well
