I'd been going into this UPS/US mail store for years. Love their cards & did a great deal of business there.  Recently I was treated disgracefully, & when I called to try to figure out what happened when I had been in the store, the "owner" continued to be  rude & unwilling to have any conversation. She merely told ME what had happened & that I had been wrong.  I'm a person willing to admit error & try to correct it, but this "owner" was unwilling to hear me at all.  I, after many years going only to this store, will never return. The new owner is not a person I will deal with or spend money with.  Too bad....it was a,great little store for shipping & for  receiving & fir buying cards & mailing supplies ...but no more.  
Customer service is awful now...an embarrassment to the good name of UPS, & great reason for a US Postal   customer to "go postal".  Steer clear.

I just recently called this store asking a if they know what time does the trucks head out for delivery and the lady on the phone replied with I don't know I don't own any of the trucks, so I began to thank her giving me answers and I was going to ask another question but then very rudely said Bye! And hung up on me while I was trying to ask a different question
