Literally the worst I called 7 times was told that they don't have to leave door tags....was told asking a driver to ring a door bell is too much....I asked them to hold a package went to pick it up and here they were trying to deliver (a 4th time?!?) then I race home. I'm home within the hour no sign of FedEx but they say I'm not home 3 minutes after re checking every 30 min! I call, they tell me it my fault, Sharon on admin is yelling at me when we are connected. I told her she was unprofessional I'm just trying to pick up a package. She tells me I should be thankful they tried 5 times to deliver. I'm NOT thankful I spent 2 hours driving to pick up stations when actually they did the exact opposite. Sharon the. Said they would deliver Saturday. I just called, that station is closed....the package is NOT being delivered like Sharon promised while taking my phone number and I can't even talk to her or pick up my package. The most frustrating and poor customer service experience I have experienced......ever.

As I've learned, make everything to be sent to the local FedEx office instead of home delivery.

Plent of parking available and everyone is wicked nice there. I was able to call FedEx to see if I can pick up my package and they went to check and held it for me. Very easy process and they had my package right in the front when I got there.

The drivers are thieves and the manager won't do anything about it
