Scheduled a uhaul van 2 weeks ago for 2 days (Friday and Saturday). I arrive at 7 am Friday the guy then proceeds to tell me it must be returned the next morning. I showed him my confirmation email saying 2 days and he replied with "that's just not possible". Well, actually it is possible cause that's what I signed up for and I have written proof of it. I leave without arguing but better customer service would have been appreciated! At least take money off my daily rate or something! I'm lucky I'm not moving far or else it would have been a real problem. Now I need to go out of my way to schedule another uhaul at a different place! Don't recommend

There was 1 person working on a saturday morning in the summer, probably the most common moving time in new england. I was charged incorectly and after an hr long wait in line to correct it, I was told there was nothing they could do. They wouldnt even attempt to correct the charges, and there was no manager to speak with. I was promised the manager would call me when available and I'm still waiting on the call, even after contacting corporate customer service. I'd make an effort to avoid this place.

Good experience, had an issue with vehicle return because of the drop box after hours but UHaul help line was great and then the manager here was great too, good to know its a place that treats you well when there is a problem.
