I was at home when the driver claimed to attempt to deliver my package, and he did not even ring the doorbell, I only knew someone was at my door because my dog was barking. When I opened the door nobody was there but there was a door tag stating he was there. I called Fed Ex immediatly and got NOWHERE with getting this delivered. I called the local number on the website and nobody answered and the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I requested the local Fed Ex Ground manager call me but has not. This delivery system is a joke. I am not happy!

The driver was confused even though the package was addressed the same way as another that was delivered two weeks ago. Didn't leave a door tag or tracking number but called to say a package would be left at the warehouse. After figuring out which package it was I got the tracking number and called the FedEx number to find out where the warehouse was. I was told they were open until 6pm. I drove to the location door was locked - I pushed the doorbell multiple times no one answered. I called the FedEx number again and was told they are only open 8-10am and 6-8pm. As I was about to leave someone pulled up and let me in. He said there was an emergency and the hours are 8am-6pm.

The dirt road to the location is terrible. Huge pot holes and uneven gravel. Their hours are hard to find, and I've made several trips to go pick up a package only to find out the office was closed.
