Overall okay base to be at. Not the best, but not the worst. Prepare for a while new way of doing things if you are working here.

It is one of my favor  base to be station, I love the state . That was in 1972 the state it self is just outstanding love the out doors

Stationed there for 3 1/2 years from 05 to 09. If you like the outdoors, you'll love it. Relatively easy access to fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, and anything else outdoors you can think of. If you're a city person like me though, the closest real city is about 6 hours away, either Spokane, WA or Calgary up in Canada. Major cities (Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Denver), are about 12 hours away.
