This review is pertaining to one item - the FedEx service where you pay a certain amount to have you delivery on a certain date/time.  I was notified that a TV would be delivered on a certain date.  I was aware that they'd need a signature so I paid extra to have the delivery between 5-8 PM so I knew I would be home.  I arranged the rest of my day around this.  8 PM came and went and no delivery.  Around 9 I got a notification that it would be the next day requiring me to again rearrange my schedule.  Keep in mind I paid for a certain time/date.  So far I've gone back and forth with their customer service over the fee I paid.  They don't see a problem that I paid for a service and did not get what I paid for.  I don't think their customer service is based overseas but so far, everyone I've dealt with either has English as a third language or is truly just stupid or lazy.

Ordered a laptop from QVC. They use FedEx. Shipped on 10/14 from Shanghai. Est delivery date 10/18. Received notice from QVC on 10/17 new delivery date 10/21 by 8pm. No laptop. Call and told FedEx now says 10/23 by 8pm. No laptop. Called FedEx this morning told today by 8pm. Meanwhile FedEx status shows its been sitting in the Moon facility since 10/21. Not “in transit”. Not “out for delivery”. “At destination sort facility in Moon Township”. At this point I don’t think anyone knows or cares where my package is. Bottom line: I will NEVER order from QVC again, primarily because they ship with FedEx. I will never order from any company who ships FedEx. Worst customer service experience EVER from both companies.

Paid for overnight shipping, two days later still haven’t gotten the package. Delivery date isn’t even listed. Says it’s still at this facility

I will NEVER, EVER buy from ANY business or vendor who uses FedEx Ground for deliveries!!! One week ago today I ordered something that was scheduled for delivery last Thursday. It has STILL not been delivered!!!! Every. Single. Day. I have been told that it was on the truck for delivery, but NO DELIVERY!!! Today, I was told that their mapping system has our address as having a Suite 1, Suite 2 and Suite 3. We are a FREE STANDING ONE STORY BUILDING!!!! Allegedly, their mapping system was updated which caused this erroneous information about our address. My question is, if they had THREE SUITES listed at the address, WHY did they not try each suite????? Passing the blame, that's all this is!!! I am DONE! Buyers and Senders BEWARE!!!! Use UPS instead!!!!
