Becky was great. she really knows a lot about art and all the supplies they offer there. We were VERY impressed. We had gone to Hobby Lobby and other great stores but Becky makes all the difference for us to go to FedEx from now on. She was so helpful and thoughtful. Outstanding customer service and it's hard to find that anywhere anymore.

I went to this location to print off three reports and then scan and save some additional reports to a USB drive. After being pointed to a self service station I fought with the scanner for several minutes while being charged the entire time. I finally got the attention of an employee and managed to get one page scanned before the computer froze and erased ALL of the date from my USB drive. I was refunded what I had paid and told "I've never seen this happen in 28 years" before I was sent on my way. Once next door at Starbucks I attempted to open and recover my USB drive only to discover it is undetectable on my laptop and can not be located/opened/recovered. Thankfully I have all of my data backed up on my computer but it will take hours of hassle to move everything back to a new external drive, not to mention the cost and time I now I have to waste. Thanks for nothing Fedex!

Great service, very quick and efficient. Rep named Kaitlyn was extremely bright and friendly and gave me several shipping options. Don't change a thing.
