Rick and Vinny run the best FedEx Kinko’s service anywhere. They always greet me and other customers with a smile, they are always tremendously helpful and most of all skilled to the rafters. I’m almost afraid to say just how good and pleasant they are because I have never had to wait in line for more than 2 minutes. I recently worked with them on a series of oversize prints where the colors had to be EXACT. They were absolutely perfect! And that is coming from a perfectionist artist. Other places just don’t compare. I am eternally grateful to these guys and I hope Kinko’s appreciates having such great employees.

Staff is always very friendly! They turn around my print orders super fast and always are ready to assist with any questions I may have. Have never had a bad experience here!

Michelle was very rude and loud attending to me today. I arrived the FedEx Onalaska office 8:10PM towards the end of the closing hour to print a research poster. She asks' what seize do you want?' Well, I am not great with measurement but I have a specification of 3 feet by 5 feet. My PowerPoint is configured 36 in by 48 in she disrepectfully tells me. I could not figure out the size until she brings out a tape to show the measurement. I was not satisfied with my experience toda. If I know of another print shop in town, I will try it out.

45 minutes before closing the lady working said that she was to busy that she wouldn't be able to print off our photos! So we left and she resumed sweeping the floor! Took our business else where. Sad thing is the company that my husband works for has an account set up with you guys and they do alot of business with you horrible customer service!

Horrible service. Not helpful at all. I ended up leaving to go find a different place to print.
