I would give the post office zero stars if I could. I’m trying to get passports for my kids. I’ve got everything ready to go and I’ve been turned away twice by the Onalaska Post Office. First, because although the government passport website stated they had Saturday hours (they don’t) and secondly because they were in a hurry to close. Their passport hours are until 4pm!! For kids’ passports, both parents have to be there. Well, school ends at 3:30p and getting two working parents to get there that early is no easy task. We got there at 3:50p and because they had one person in line they sent us away. They don’t take appointments and the post master offered zero help — suggesting I drive to Necedah. I called Galesville (a location that also supposedly takes appts) but the person is out and they said go to Onalaska. In 2017, USPS lost $2.7 BILLION. It’s not a wonder — as a government faction USPS is failing to adapt to modern times and its customers — we the people who pay their salaries and pay for their bailouts. What a joke. The post master also tried to reference walk ins she’d been turned away from but my guess is that this business probably had appointments as well which the Onalaska Post Office does not. And, it’s not like this is a haircut!

Had to replace a broken lock on community mailbox. They came the very next day and installed it, n brought me the keys.
