Today, there's only one clerk. He had asked for more help, but they ignored it. Owners or manager should be reprimanded, that's bad business, lights wouldn't go on in store, but everything else was working. A long line of people, but he was efficient and friendlly! Kudos to him. Wish I knew his name.

I had a large item that I needed to have returned to the sender. I called the store to see if someone could help me (I had a newborn in the car and could not go into the store). I was told there was a line, and they would be out when they could. GREAT! Is there one person working? Can they not take two minutes to come out with a dolly and help me? I was parked for 20 minutes before I called again. Clearly I was forgotten about.

I've had a couple of bad service experiences here. The first time, I went in on my way to work to pick up an order. What should have taken about 3 minutes took 20. There was only one person working in the office during the morning rush. The second time, I needed some papers cut. I went in and didn't see anyone. Called out a few times, no answer. We waited several minutes before I went to Office Max and immediately got what I needed. Don't waste your time here.

Always understaffed. Takes an hour to do anything at all.

They typically do about the bare minimum until today. Came in and there were at least 2 employees working,1 customer in the store, and waited over 15 minutes for anyone to help me at the counter. Nobody bothered to apologize at the very least. By the time anyone came over to help me, there were about 5 customers in line behind me. This is unacceptable and I will take my business elsewhere.
