Found the battery I needed online and after I received the email stating that it was ready for pickup I headed for the store.  When I got there, was told that there had been an error and it was not available.   Having driven a bit to get there I was a little annoyed.  I left the store and called online customer care.  They were confused as the battery showed being in stock.  I was put on hold and a few minutes later, the excellent customer service person (Amy?) asked me to go back to the store and pick up the battery.   It was an upgrade to the one I ordered & paid for.  I shouldn’t have had to leave & then come back but was given great assistance from online & by the store in the end. The battery works great,fit perfectly and I didn’t have to wait for shipping.  I would shop for a battery again from batteries + bulbs-

I am only giving 2 stars because the guys here are normally nice. BUT NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM SOME WHERE AND WENT TO RETURN IT....AND THEY HAVE TO SEND ME A CHECK IN THE MAIL. They could not do returns in the store. Is this a real business or not. Because that it UNHEARD of to me. Sorry not so good rating.

Ordered online, picked up same day, and was assisted by an employee installing new battery in cell phone.  Very nice experience.
