Needed a package picked up. I had fallen ill so my boyfriend graciously accepted to pick it up for me. I called earlier in the day to see if someone else was able to get it before he went all the way over there. They said it was fine only if he had the tracking number. He got there and the guy wouldn't let him have it. All of the employees should say the same thing if you are going to have a rule to follow. During that person's shift earlier I was able to get my package but later with someone else I wasn't? That's crazy! Also, turns out that there isn't a manager at this location. It might be time to get one? I'm all about principle so that is why I'm writing a bad review. Sorry!

The customer service from Andy was the worst I've ever experienced at a FedEx. He was annoyed I asked for a receipt, didn't give me any options for shipping (and was again annoyed when I asked), and was generally rude for the entire encounter. Disappointed in this FedEx visit

Customer Service is rude, screwed up my faxes and then blamed me/recipient for it. What seems to be going through the head of some staff members is "God, you the customer, are so annoying, what a waste of my time you are"

I put in my order online, for 6 copies of a 40-page document, spiral bound with a clear vinyl front and a black vinyl back cover. What they delivered to me was not even the document I'd ordered: and it was 12 copies, with 4 pages each, stapled. The man behind the desk who gave me the document didn't believe me at first when I told him it wasn't my order, but found I was right after reviewing the order online. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to print the correct document. The only apology I got was an offhand afterthought as I was leaving the store. Better than nothing, and I'm glad they didn't end up making me late for my delivery, but even so. If our company didn't have a formal arrangement with FedEx I'd never darken their door again.
