Staff was friendly and helpful.  I shipped my parcel quickly and it arrived in great shape.

OUTSTANDING service.  Hats off to the FedEx guys at this branch.  With the ice storm today our package never made it to Dulles.  The FedEx guys tracked the package (plane was diverted to Baltimore), and called me when it finally arrived at their facility.  I arrived right before closing and they took the time to dig for my package even though it still inside their truck.  Throughout this process they were courteous, friendly, and customer service oriented.  THANK YOU.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. People working in this location are very slow.

Small ship place, good to drop off goods. They don't have many supplies. The two people working there didn't get along with each other so that was a bit of turn off.
