Don't bother. All I wanted was a scheduled ride, got reminded why taxi businesses are hurting. Called, made appointment. Driver called back to change time, OK, sure. No one shows up at new time. Call driver, oh someone else is picking you up. Call dispatcher, sorry, we forgot you. New driver goes to wrong place. Cherry on top is price about 50% higher than uberx.

I ride the Herndon Taxi on the regular to go back and fourth to work & i have never been late. the Taxi cab driver " Norman " is very professional , Reliable , Dependable , and provides excellent customer service. I would Highly Recommend this taxi service

The worst Taxi company EVER! Arrived 1/2 hour late for an airport trip. Didn't answer the phone when I called to ask where they were.....Caused me to miss flight!
