I would like to thank Holly at the Waube Lane facility.  She went above and beyond tonight to help me locate a package that was important for me to get today. Even though Holly didn't know how important it was that we received our package today, she treated me as though it was a priority to assist a customer!  I appreciate the time she took to call and update me on the process and then ultimately transfer the product to me. Thanks again!

Will never use FedEx again. Especially Waube Ln. My dresses for a wedding have arrived in Green Bay and they refuse to let me pick them up today so I can make sure they fit sooner. If my package is in Green Bay I should be able to pick it up ANY time I would like. I PAID FOR IT. Will never use this service again.
