Got a text alert saying there was an attempt of delivery but business was closed or no one was home. That was a lie because it was a car part I needed to get my car going so I could work next day, so I actually sat outside and watch for FedEx and they never came. I called office in Lynn haven and told her situation ,all she could say that is was attempted today and will attempt tomorrow. I just have to assume the lazy driver might come

corporate has to look at the Lynn haven, fl branch. I spent 14 extra dollars for express shipping to find out the driver didn't even come to my house. The driver says he left a door ticket( which I find halarious cause I was there). So I'm out on $14 and have to w8 3 extra days. What a joke of a shipping company.

Friendly people and they are always improving their place, the grounds looks great all the time. Re done the entire parking lot, and got a new sign too. Looking good!

Absolutely terrible staff. I called the number listed and it gave me some foreigner. I would love to be able to call my "local store" and get somebody from the "local store". Just you know, something I would enjoy. So I talked to the foreigner that I could barely understand and she put me on hold and called the store, I needed to know what time the truck would be leaving out for the day. Well the woman calls the store with me on hold and says that the store opens at 9 which it clearly says on the door that they open at 8:30. We'll the girl in the phone says it's okay they will let you in now I just asked. (I had stuff to do) a woman came to the door being so rude she almost brought me to tears saying that I was a liar and that nobody had even been on the phone that did which isn't true I watched the woman pick up the phone through the window and talk to the foreigner I had just spoken to. I have never been more frustrated with a shipping company. This location is awful with horrible employees. Their costumer service like is ridiculous, and is a terrible "middle man" when there isn't even a need for one.
