I will never use fed ex ever again!! my 6 year old son was so excited for his gift I bought and paid extra to ship in 2 days. got an emailb"delivery restricted" which it was not. now have to wait 6 days past the already 2 days when I say on phone 6 different times. they were supposed to get a hold of driver and facility so I could pick it up and have them call guess what they never did and are closed until the 5th

Second time theu have lost my package. First time my neighbor called to tell me it was delivered to their house. This time don't know where it is. Was told it was delivered to my side door. I don't have a side door. I was supposed to receive a call back within 2 hours. Conviently the office is closed now so I have to wait till tomorrow. I needed the package today. My house is clearly marked. Never have this problem with UPS.

These people need to look out the back door every now and then. See anything interesting? Like a big huge airport? Then why on earth would somebody think trucking airfreight here from Syracuse is a good idea? Holds available at 10:30-ish is completely unacceptable. They can't even get overnight packages delivered to Elmira before 2pm. If anything they should be flying the freight into Horseheads and truckinging it to Binghamton and Ithaca, plus adding locations in Dansville and Olean. Zero excuse for this dim witted move. Completely boneheaded.

6 packages selectively delayed, because "they are really behind" according to one shipper that contacted them on my behalf. 6 in one week. Horrible service. Lost my business.
