Why not just ship it postal service. Why two different services. My part is 10 minutes away and I cannot pick it up and have to wait an additional 5 days to get it?

I am not really big on leaving reviews but Christian in the tracking and shipment department was a huge help. I was initially very nervous after  looking through some of the other reviews while looking for the number. I was expecting a bigger problem than I already had. But I was surprisingly surprised. Definitely the worst shipping method ever conceived. I work in logistics for an online retailer and would never even consider using this service or offering it as an option for my customers. I reluctantly offer USPS as an option and refuse to offer FedEx at all. My shipment from another retailer is lost in limbo somewhere between FedEx SmartPost and the postal service. No status updates, No delivery estimates. The United Parcel Service has firmly secured my outgoing business and incoming whenever I have control over it. Wise up e-tailers : delivery speed = return customers. Delivery delays = "I'll take my business elsewhere."

This is where packages go to take a several day nap after their long journey! My package has sat there 4 days now, one day was a Sunday & one a holiday, but still 2 days idle :(
