I would like to give a shout out to Chelsea Golding for her amazing customer service.  We needed to replace the playground fence at our church preschool, but all the quotes we got were beyond our budget.  Chelsea used the measurements from a quote to give us a quote on materials alone.  She even came personally to pick up our check.  The delivery was super fast.  We could not have been more pleased with the service she provided.

After initially being disappointed with service, Steve, the GM of the Oviedo location, saved the day! He accommodated our needs by simply listening, and just by doing that, the installation of our fences and gates was complete. It looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier! Steve truly defines “customer service”!

I had a major disappointment at the beginning when my fence was installed without following the HOA rules and I was told I had to pay around $500 to fix it. However, I received a call from Mathew a few days ago stating my fence will be fixed at no cost. It was done beautifully and on time as he promised. Thanks to him I have a better experience with Fence Outlet.

I have been buying fence from fence outlet for my small fence company for years. Stephen the GM is always available to lend a helping hand and get things done when you need something right away

They did a good job installing our fence but the communication is horrendous. The sales person and the office are very slow to respond to text messages, voice mails and any other message you can think of. They will get the job done but arm yourself with some patience. Ensure that all is completed the same day if possible because if you need to have them come back, it will be a pain for them to even call you back to reschedule.
