i used this company for over 7 years and i have four buildings/homes that they did all the work in. I can not use them anymore because they are inefficient with their time. Ex: i had them put in an entire new unit in my Oviedo home and it failed twice. The second time the part was under warranty but they charged me $68.00/hr to run around town and find the part and put it in (circuit board) I told them they should have ordered the part in so i didn't have to pay 5 hours of time to run around town. I told them they should use a parts person to run around and get the parts, not the technician. they would not reverse the charges and would not change their policies. so i told them i cannot use them anymore....they didn't care. I own a service business and i know the importance of putting the customer's concerns first. they don't get it.
