Rick was very helpful and patient as we looked at all the possibilities for new living room couches. His insights and knowledge of the products we considered allowed us to make an informed decision. Rick's personality, appearance, and attention to detail made us feel comfortable and not at all rushed in making our decision. We were able to take swatches home with us which made it easier to see how the living room space colors and patterns would coordinate. We have purchased furniture from Fenton Home Furnishings for over twenty years and have been very pleased with the quality of the products and the overall service provided by the staff.

Fantastic! They are so helpful. I enjoy looking around because the layout of their store in Frankenmuth is so much fun. We had shopped so many places, and we just couldn't decide on a living room set we liked, in the fabric we liked. FINALLY! Options. Great options, and extremely well made. Al, Rick, and Leslie were a huge help all along the way. Gave us advice on fabric choices, took the time to listen to our needs. Definitely recommend!

Myra was an absolutely wonderful sales person! Informed and kind - not high pressure at all! She acknowledged my daughter and shook her hand and made her feel part of the process. Very happy with price and purchase!
