My condo got flooded with water from an upstairs unit. Sorin helped me with the restoration of my walls and ceiling. His team was quick, efficient, and professional. The work was completed within the timeframe committed to by Sorin. The quality of the work was excellent and any additional touch ups I requested were all addressed. Highly recommended; and I would hire Sorin again for future renovations to my condo. Thank you Sorin for all your help!

Sorin Feraru and his associates have performed several jobs for us over the years, including renovating of our two bathrooms, replacing multiple windows and a set of French doors, adding exterior lighting, and building a wonderful shingled shed on a steep hillside. He has been on time, within budget, and very attentive to our needs and the needs of our 90-year-old home. Sorin is professional, responsive and provides quality work. 5 Stars.

I’m very glad we chose to work with Feraru & Associates on our first big house construction project—seismic upgrades. I sought estimates from several firms and chose to work with Sorin because (in addition to lots of terrific reviews) he answered all my questions promptly, knowledgeably, and respectfully, and helped me anticipate next steps in a process that was unfamiliar to me. Sorin was responsive and accommodating, his team was friendly, tidy, professional, and efficient, and the work was completed on time and on budget. I recommend them highly, and will definitely contact them again for future projects!

Sorin completed a big addition and remodel for us that included a lot of structural work. He and his team are easy to work and do a really nice job. He was also really good about communicating back to us when we had questions and explaining the different stages of the project and what we should expect next. We found him to be fair and reasonable. He also accommodated us while we lived in the front of our home during construction which was important to us.
