I met Dr. Ferguson about 15 years ago with a chronic sinus problem that he repaired with a simple procedure. He is very businesslike which some people misinterpret as terse. He is the best ENT in Rockford if you need medical attention. His office is crowded for a reason. He sees patients non stop all day to accommodate everyone on top of the surgeries he performs. You will get the correct diagnosis every time from him. He's an actual specialist, not Dr. Phil.

Very rude nurse, didn't get any information back after my check up. Dr. Ferguson checked my ears, nose and throat said I had fluid behind my ears and walked out the room.

Did one test, didn't really listen to what I had to say about my symptoms and blew me off Dr. ferguson chalked the hoarse, dry throat, difficulty to swallow and choking on dry food from a cold. I was later sent to Mayo Clinic where we find out my symptoms were caused by a autoimmune disease. Thanks for nothing but a bill.

Let me just start by saying that we have been patients of this clinic for over 6 years and we have had nothing but GREAT experience withDr Ferguson, the other Ent lady(sorry don't have her name) the front desk and all of the lovely assistants. Until today, when we had an apoitment for my autistic, nonverbal son, Dr ferguson wasn't there so he seen Dr.Loughlin, now thank god I wasn't there (dad) and my wife took him, he was so rude to my son and wife, because my son would not cooperate to open his mouth, he told my wife that this is behavior issue and not from his autism, because my autistic son would not cooperate and meanwhile he got some saliva apparently in his face, he starts yelling at my son, telling him "great now I have to wash my face", throws the stick at him by the wall, nearly missing him and takes off from the room. As I'm writing this I'm in so angry that I wish I was there. We have NEVER ever been treated like this ANYWHERE, let along at Doctors office, my wife called me crying, I thought about going there and see him face to face but I realize that nothing good will come from that. A human being that doesn't have slightes simpathy for someone with disability to me is not human being and has more of disability than my son and I hope he gets help. Written by a dad that is simply outraged.
