Fernanda is disrespectful to her clients. Respect and customer service is a must. I will never go to this salon ever again.

Had an appoinment schedule, showed up 10 minutes early at the time of app. They were talking in front of me in English like I didnt exist who was going to take me. I thought they were very unprofessional, first time here but I will not be back. Thanks God someone finally decided to take me in. Hair style come out ok but didnt last, blow dry was done in dry hair even though I request for my hair to be wet several times.
