I was in from out of town. This salon was recommended by someone at the hotel (not the W).
Took me on short notice. Needed my hair done for a wedding.  Very satisfied with the hair dresser. Gave me exactly what I needed. The service was great!

I'm new to town & needed a drastic change to my hair. I came across Oren Salon, walked in with no appointment & they took me immediately! I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do to my hair but decided to do Balayage. This is was honestly the best decision I have EVER made! They are honestly the sweetest, most honest & understanding hair dresses I know! If you're new to Miami Beach or even traveling you should definitely go check them out! Located in the W hotel on Collins!

I am very particular about cutting my long hair and I was amazed at the great work Oren's brother did with my hair. It’s long and flat but gave it symmetry volume and without taking the length away. Also I don’t need to style it since his cut makes it look awesome without any help!

I came in for a trim and got 2 inches off and they charged me $250.00. I am 19 years old and have gotten the same quality haircut elsewhere and have been charged $40. I feel very taken advantage of.

I went to apply for a job here. I drove 40 minuets away and “trained” for 4 hours. I was told to leave early because the orher receptionist Katarina was coming in and Bianca told me she was a stupid person to train with. So I was told to come back tomorrow, but I never got a call to come in. When I called them, I was told that the owner was t there and to come in in a few hours and that they’d call. I waited those few hours and heard nothing. I called back and they said to come in tomorrow afternoon. The next da I called them asking what time and she said no never mind come in Monday. 
  My point is that this place holds a facade to its own employees and future employees. Don’t get a job here because they will waste your time. Also they never paid me for my 4 hours of sitting there watching and listening to them talk horribly about the annoying customers and their Instagram models they stalk for business.
