Stayed here from March 2016 til January 2017.  Used to be a great place.  Lots of friendly, helpful staff, well maintained, good services.  During my stay there, around November or December, it was sold and things quickly went downhill.  Nobody in the office for days at a time; nobody would answer the phone, internet quality dropped to almost non-existent.  I am still in the process of trying to get my electrical deposit refunded to me, 4 months and many phone calls later, still haven't gotten it.
