Very clean place.  However they couldn't spell our name or street right from the get go.  Front office staff was very rude from the start.  Changed our reserved spot to be as far away from the people we were visiting as possible.  Every time I went to drive my 65 year old mother in law and special needs sister in law the entire length of the complex.   I had the Golf Cart Gestapo breathing down my neck.  You know we have a handy cap window hanger for a reason.  So, unless you like unprofessional behavior, constant harassment, and discrimination then go some place else that treat you with dignity and respect.  I only met one person there that even made us feel welcome.

Called yesterday 4/9/2018 to reserve a spot for HAN 2018 was told spots are available but I had to reserve online so I did right away was called within 20 minutes of my reservation saying that they had a 10 year limit and needed pictures of my coach witch honestly bothered me because it made me feel as if I didn't own the latest and greatest coach I wasn't welcome but I take great care of my rig and so I sent pictures anyway called the next day and was told I wouldn't get an answer until Friday witch btw every day longer is less of a chance to get a spot somewhere else but ok fine I get it then I get a call a few hours later saying they got my pictures but did not have any spots available mind you yesterday I was told over the phone to register right away and that spots were available yet magically less than 24 hours later spots are all of a sudden no longer available once pictures of my RV have been sent strange I think not  I then proceeded to explain that I was told that spots were available and that all I had to do is go online and register the response I got from the general manager was that whoever I talked to was just a worker and didn't actually know if I spot was available or not so then I said well it sure seems like I've been lied to then and at that point the manager got very rude to me and says we did not lie to you they just don't know if if there's a spot available or not and a very snarky tone mind you then followed that with all I can tell you is we can put you on a list and we are fully booked up right now magic how they went from available to booked once I sent pictures of my RV basically if you don't have the latest and greatest top-of-line rig don't bother staying here they only care cater to the super rich and Snarky so unless you're rich and you don't mind paying double the going rate to stay there HAN weekend I would suggest staying somewhere else

Great amenities--hot tub,; large, clean laundry.room; wonderfully designed, spotless restrooms & showers; 3 gated, off-leash dog runs, all well-maintained, with plenty of space to 'stretch their legs'; HUGE, attractively decorated, rec room, with wide-variety of entertainment, including fully-stocked kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff; AND propane is sold on the premises. If I have a complaint it's that the spaces are quite close together.

Stayed here for 5days , place is exceptionally clean. Bathrooms and showers were great. Issues they start cleaning at 8am , make too much noise. Park manager over zealous, he chased off a AAA tow driver who was picking up my tow vehicle, even though I had cleared this through the office the day before,  he had to argued with me in the middle of park, he claimed there are signs in front stated that the drivers must check into office. THERE ARE NO SIGNS.  Otherwise a nice clean place, but needs to work on their customer service, I do not like to argue especially when I'am stressing over a vehicle I was trying to move and get fixed. Not recomending this park at this time

We have stayed at the Marina RV Park 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years.  We have always enjoyed our stay, and felt the staff both outside and in were wonderful, helpful, and very nice to Seniors travelling with pets.  
Until this last weekend.  Last June 2017, we stayed for a long weekend.  The rules state 2 pets, and in the past we've had two. Last June we acquired a rescue Schnauzer.  She weighs 10#'s. When we checked in we joked about we now had 2 1/2 dogs.  The rules do state that at the discretion of management the number could change.  They were very nice, even gave us 3 doggie bones and we had another pleasant weekend.  This past weekend, we checked in, and I didn't mention dogs, as they had our records.  Not an intentional thing, we've never tried to hide our girls.  They are very polite, always leashed, and we keep a fence up to avoid anyone running away.  On Saturday night (our 4th day) our new little girl accidently got out the gate I had left open thinking my husband was behind me.  She took off on a dead run, and we immediately went after her.  Even our neighbor saw the whole incident and was appalled!  The "Staff" worker started yelling and screaming at us to catch our dog and get her on a leash.  I headed for the doggy pen, because she will follow me in there.  The guy was still being very rude and nasty to us, not trying to help us at all.  Once we had them contained, my husband told the guy he didn't have to be such an A-hole!  Oops, now he called the managers husband and he came out and started berating us and told us we couldn't be there with three dogs.  We started back to our unit, 1 trailer across the road from the dog yard.  We only had the two leashes we had grabbed when we headed out to catch her.  They informed us we couldn't walk one of the dogs home, so I had to carry her.  
Then I took the rules over to the office and spoke with the manager.  I asked her why they had let us come in twice with the dogs?  We have never tried to hide them.  They are very well behaved. 
 Seems to me the workers and the manager would try to be a little more helpful to two seniors trying their best to rectify our problem.  They were rude and inconsiderate.  Our reservations for June have been cancelled, 
I am so disappointed that we were treated so badly.  I wish them luck.  I guess local people who support the park are not welcome anymore.
