After searching and finding what seemed to be two suitable homes available within Deland, which happened to be within Fernwood park, I spent the following two weeks just attempting to get a hold of someone in charge of the lots. We visited the office during office hours and were informed by someone who lived in the park that "She's never there," referring to the person who should be inside the office. 
Both my fiance and I left our names numbers and emails with their answering service, then called again a few days later after not being contacted, leaving his number again. I was then emailed by someone with Fernwood, and upon replying to the email, I had no response for the remaining week. During that week, my fiance was emailed, he replied, and then the conversation stopped. We attempted to call again yesterday and left our name and number again, and then we were called today to be told by someone from their office, both the lots have been sold.

Their employees are neglectful and forgetful, I do not appreciate watching the lots come open and then be sold without being able to try, just because no one took the time to contact me.
