I shop there a lot. It's clean, well organized, and there are always employees just there to help people find things. It's also a great place to find little odds and ends that you can't find in big box stores.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Prices are comparable with menards, lowes, and home depot. They may not stock everything the bigger stores do...but for everyday needs they have it and are always willing to help make sure you're getting just what you need.

The people are awesome! 
I go there frequently and have been going there for over 10 years. I've never been dissatisfied any problems have always been taken care of right away.
