Absolutely a positive experience. Chris was completely customer friendly went above and beyond to make sure our furniture we bought was wrapped and ready for us to take. Rodney was our salesman. Great job! Awesome experience!!! Went out of his way to give us a great deal. Very patient and not pushy at ALL! Will definitely be doing business with FFO in the future.

Had been looking all day for furniture had a set picked out stopped by just to look and ended up  buying a reclining couch that we love. They made us feel good and was very informative about their products. Thanks Chris (with Johnny Bravo hair)

Great customer service, never pushy. My fiancé and I have  worked with Paul and Brad, both who are amazing salesmen. I will never go anywhere else to buy furniture. I purchased my couch and bed from FFO. I’ve recommended several people to buy from here!
