Sandra hill did my hair today. I absolutely love it. I walked in and the salon was able to get me in for highlights that took a good 3-4 hours. I am very pleased with the service. I have naturally black hair, and I walked out with beautiful highlights. Hardly any damage to it.

Selection seems to cater to athletic wear and teens. Went to shop for my kids and the selection of clothes in the kids' section was fairly sparse.

JCP is one of the best department stores, I prefer it to the competitors! The Rolla JCP store has a very polite and helpful staff!

Terrible customer service, they never answer their phone. Called multiple times over several days and even left message on store manager's voicemail but never received any return calls. And according to the sales people, the Sephora isn't connected to any other system so they cannot verify account points and cannot process returns without a receipt, even if it was purchased in this exact store. I will never shop here or at any other JCPenney or Sephora ever again after the terrible experience with this store.
