We had heard great things about this new Byward Market pizza place, However, our experience didn't match the description. Shortly after entering, we were twice accosted by a man asking us to help him get his teeth fixed. We then got into a line to order and watch our pizza being made. It seemed quite ordinary when we sat down to eat it. Our standard was the new Score Pizza place in Kingston which has an innovative way to order and produced a wonderful pizza with great taste and texture. The only thing we enjoyed at Fiazza was our wine.

Delicious pizza but the pizza crust is too dry. There is no pull and chew. Sorry guys. Work a bit more on your crust. The toppings and salads are amazing. Really good value.

Delicious customizable pizzas, fresh and made right in front of you. Their work stations are very clean and the pizzas are made very quick. I went here for lunch with another 10 co-workers for lunch and it's amazing how the staff could remember what's on all of our pizzas. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Best pizza in town! They have plenty of vegan options and gluten free dough so no one gets left behind. If you're reading this, you should just go there. Bonus tip: there's a great coffee and gelato place across the street with plenty of vegan options as well.

Fast friendly service. Pies are great too. My one complaint with 'authentic' style wood or gas fired pizza, is that the crust tends to get tough when the pizza starts to cool. Didn't have this problem with Fiazzi! Their crust stays soft even when the pizza has cooled down! Get your taste buds ready!
