Great service and knowledgeable insulation installers. they were very quick and clean. Did thorough job and were very polite. would definitely recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of Fiberclass. Even though I had a relatively small order they went above and beyond my expectations. They were very knowledgeable and the service was outstanding. Best prices around by far.

The estimator is great, I scheduled the work to be done as soon as he left.  The employees who answer the phones in the office are not helpful or polite.  No one showed up to do the installation on the first scheduled date, I even called the office to confirm that someone would be coming and was assured that they were on the way - just running late.  Two employees did show up when after I rescheduled, but they had poor equipment and the small job ended up taking 5 hours rather then the planned 30 minutes.  They tried to make it right by knocking 10% off the bill, but it was still not the experience I hoped for after reading all the great reviews.
