I bought a blueberry muffin with my coffee about a week ago and left it there on accident. I called to have it put aside. I wasn't able to get to it for about 5 days because I got bronchitis. I went in yesterday morning before work to see if I could get a reimbursement and was told flat out "No I can't do that because we waited 3days and then it expired." It didn't matter what my explanation was they would not refund me. Not to mention I tip everytime I am there a decent amount. I am so disappointed with the customer service and will not be stepping foot inside a Fiddleheads again.

Great space to stay warm in! They have creative seasonal drinks, and even if they aren't something that interest me, I applaud their originality. They offer cheap bread, student discounts, & mall employee discounts. Plus, they have punch cards. Convenient location right off of the bus line. The baristas are very friendly, way friendlier than other local coffee shops. My only suggestion for improvement is to brew more medium roast so that there are more coffee choices available.

Their coffee sure does beat Starbucks! They roast their beans locally and the coffee tastes excellent. I recommend buying a pound of their whole beans and taking it home with you to brew to save money, because this place can get expensive very quickly! For about $13-14 a pound of beans usually lasts about 2 - 3 weeks for me, so you do the math.
