I LOVE Starbucks, but this particular location is a bit rough. Crumbs everywhere, trash/recycling bin overflowing, grumpy employee at register, my drink sat complete behind the counter while the baristas discussed something else, and my pumpkin loaf arrived crushed in three pieces. I'm not a complainer by nature, but this really stood out.

Hoping the regional manager, Lori, reads these reviews. I used to work here as a shift supervisor for a year and a half and it was a fast functioning and friendly store. Our customers loved us and we knew everyone's names and orders. Our manager Melissa was fantastic and kept a positive teamwork based environment. Now, a year later, management has changed and left the workers stranded. They are overworked, understaffed, and the store is falling apart. It greatly saddens me to see all the best workers quit Starbucks due to poor management that doesn't respect its employees' needs. This store used to be great but unfortunately has gone way downhill. I would not publicly say these things if there were a way to contact the regional manager as a customer. Change is needed.

Fast service, friendly workers, and great outdoor seating! And of course the food tastes awesome too! (Don't pay attention to the one that said the workers have no idea what their doing; it isn't true.)
